The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. For the two nights we could cancel, we received our money back in cash (in EGP) immediately. The breakfast was very limited and poor. We couldn’t close the windows, and the hotel is on a noisy main street, so we couldn’t sleep at all; we left early the next morning. Unfortunately, we had prepaid for three nights and didn’t get that money back. Maybe you can help us get a refund for the remaining two nights.

We stayed at the Zoom Pyramids View Inn and can wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️ From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and pampered. The suite was fantastic, well‑maintained and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the pyramids that left us speechless and will stay with us forever. The bed was incredibly cozy and we slept soundly! The food was excellent! A special thanks to all the staff, always helpful, smiling and ready to meet every need with kindness and attention. ❤️ A heartfelt thank you especially to Menna, the receptionist, a truly skilled, sweet, kind and caring woman who made us feel at home from the first moment. Her availability and care made our stay even more special. We had a wonderful time and will carry a beautiful memory of this experience in Egypt with us. If you’re looking for a place with a stunning view of the pyramids, a fantastic suite and staff that make you feel special, this is the right spot! “Mauvaise expérience.”

The proximity and view of the pyramids were great. Extremely noisy. The spa wasn’t working. Very old.

The balcony view is amazing. The room was dirty; I think on the first day they forgot we were coming because there was dust, hair from a previous customer in the shower, and the carpet was very dirty. After I asked for a cleaning, they did it somewhat. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, only on the third day it worked for a few hours.
