The hot springs are definitely the highlight of the stay, but the price feels out of line with what you get. You can hear everything happening in the hallway right from the room—there’s basically no soundproofing. Breakfast was fine, just not something you’d rave about given the cost, and the dinner menu was pretty thin.

The location itself was nice, but we ran into trouble when the TV refused to work the whole time we were there.

I expected a modest room when I booked, but ended up in a massive master suite on the top floor with a king‑size bed that could fit five and a stunning view of snow‑capped mountains—absolutely fantastic. The downside was the ski‑gear rental; they first told me nothing was available, then I found a shop with clothing that was ugly and smelled off, so we should have just rented in Santiago instead of lugging extra bags up here.

The hotel sits in a perfect spot, the staff are super attentive, the food and activities are solid, and having the hot springs right on the property is a nice extra.
