The staff’s quality, who quickly addressed my two concerns at booking—accessibility and a charging point—stood out; many other places don’t do that, and that was the deciding factor for me. The rooms, however, felt like a return to the USSR or East Germany; with that Soviet aesthetic you could even market it as a Berlin‑during‑the‑Cold‑War experience.
