“Stay away from this place! 🚨”
Nothing! The hotel hostess still hasn’t gotten back to us. Nothing could have prepared me for this. After a four-hour drive, I arrived at a completely deserted place. There was no reception, no one there to welcome me, and no one answered the phone or responded to my messages. My entire trip was ruined because of this. I had to find four different places to stay for four nights that had already been booked in advance. I ended up changing accommodation every single night because there was simply no room available elsewhere. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, and completely unacceptable
“A beautiful location and a nice room, but the lack of communication and basic facilities made the stay extremely uncomfo”
The location was beautiful and the room itself was very nice. The property had a lot of potential and, under normal circumstances, could have been a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not prepared for guests following the severe storm and flooding that had affected the area. We arrived three days after the floods, so we expected to be informed in advance about any issues that could significantly affect our stay. There was no internet and no mobile phone signal, which was a major issue for us as both my partner and I need to be reachable and on call for work. There was also no air conditioning, despite temperatures being above 40°C. The humidity was extremely high, and the room became so hot that we were unable to sleep. We eventually had to leave on our second night because the heat made it impossible to stay. We contacted the management team through Booking but did not receive a response. We eventually found a lady responsible for cleaning, cooking, check-ins and check-outs, who told us that they did not know when the electrician would come. We also asked if there was a fan or anything else that could help with the heat, but were simply told that they did not have one

The staff were kind. The breakfast quality was good, and the room was clean. The air‑conditioning did not work during our stay, but fans were installed instead.

Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the service was very friendly. Unfortunately, there were few seating options in the room and it was very dark. Outside, in the lovely courtyard, there was little shade, which is a shame. The drive‑up is also quite adventurous.

The room was cozy and clean. The bathroom was functional, the shower was comfortable with a crystal door. Breakfast was super. The staff were very kind. The location on the road in Otylo (the old town is 10 min away but not particularly interesting).
