The place was absolutely wonderful and the service was outstanding; everything they offered was ready in minutes, with beautiful juices and world‑class dining. Nothing was missing, everything was perfect.

There was no room available because their access was supposedly blocked.

We liked that this hotel is close to the center of Sapa and has parking for our motorbikes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the convenient location.

The hotel's staff were super friendly and welcoming, but the room was a bit chilly despite having air conditioning. It was cold outside, so I guess that's not entirely the hotel's fault, but it would've been nice to have a warmer room. The water temperature took a while to adjust, and sometimes it was just too hot to handle.

The staff were really accommodating, letting us drop off our bags before check-in and after check-out without any issues. They even let us use the bathroom during those times. The location is fantastic, the bed is super comfy, and the room has air conditioning. The breakfast was great too, and the quality for the price was spot on. However, the window didn't close properly, and there was a gap between the panes. It was pretty noisy outside, so we turned on the air conditioning to block it out.
