I stayed in a small room that included a third bed I didn’t ask for, and the only coffee machine had no capsule holder so it was unusable. The shower lacked a mat, and a coat rack was stuck above the coffee machine and kettle. The price didn’t match the quality at all.

The apartment was clean and very spacious, but the maid arrived too early and interrupted me.

The place was amazing—right in the middle of a genuine Italian neighborhood, spotlessly clean, and the communication was effortless and secure.

The room was tidy and fully equipped, but the bathroom had little room to put things, so I would have stretched the sink cabinet a bit. The building is in a charming spot, but the stairs could be risky for an elderly person.

The new building was spotless, air‑conditioned, and as quiet as possible for Naples, and it’s just a 5‑minute walk from Piazza Plebiscito. The pillows were too soft for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference.
