The homestay is easy to find, located near the beach and convenient for getting to restaurants, right next to the TTC water park. The room was clean, the furniture was new, and the mattress felt freshly washed by the host. Just a bit of ants, hoping the owner can find a way to deal with them. There were also a lot of ants and mosquitoes, probably because the garden area has many trees; bonus, there were birds and I could hear them singing in the morning, which was nice :3

Cleanliness, friendly staff, customer orientation. The host offers very tasty pizza for sale. 1. We booked two rooms; in the family room the air conditioner didn’t work, only a fan. It was very hot at night. The second room was fine. 2. We couldn’t see the sunrise on the beach because all the gates were locked. The owners were sleeping. We told them about it a little later in the morning. As compensation they drove us to the beach in a car. Since we were staying only one night we couldn’t make that dream come true.

Только вернулись из этого замечательного места. Все понравилось. Особенно пицца, которую готовит хозяйка. Эта пицца в сто раз вкуснее, чем в пиццерии в Нячанге, и дешевле конечно. Номер большой и чистый. Двор зелёный и ухоженный. Идти до пляжа не далеко. Пляж прекрасный. Но цены на шезлонги изменились; ТГС -150000 дей пас и 350000 дей пас с аквапарком, Пакс Ан чего-то совсем формат решили изменить и сделали 490000 но входит и бассейн и обед ( обед шведский стол, но кушать там почти нечего) В целом проживание нам очень понравилось, всем рекомендуем и обязательно приедем ещё

The hotel’s spot was great, just a 7‑minute walk from the sea via a path that goes past the front‑line hotel, landing on one of Nha Trang’s best beaches, Zoklet. The owners were super friendly and answered every question. We booked two rooms and they put us next to each other on the second floor, each with a balcony and a big, pretty terrace that had tables and a hammock. The rooms were clean, roomy and very cozy. Breakfast and dinner were at the hotel; the menu was small, but everything tasted home‑style and was inexpensive. Pizza was a highlight, as were the soup and the fried rice with seafood. The area is quiet, and this is one of the best family hotels we’ve stayed at. If we ever plan a trip to Zoklet Beach, we’ll definitely book here again. Everything was just fine.
