The spot was spot-on, everything we needed was right at the door. The room was tidy and the bed was super comfy, but the space was tight and I felt a bit cramped sometimes. An older female staff member tried to escort my partner out, thinking he was a tramp—disgusting. I asked the desk staff for an apology, and a younger female staff member eventually apologized even though it wasn’t her fault.

The location and comfort were good. The night reception staff and the broken faucet handles and door handles in the bathroom a bit shook the vibe. Breakfast wasn’t as rich as expected and the options were limited.

The room, location and breakfast were all excellent. I’ve stayed at other Best Western hotels in Europe and I really like them, and in my opinion they’re the best and most affordable. I liked the room my sister and I were assigned to, but the shower handle was loose and needs checking.

La ubicación. Amanda, la recepcionista, habla en español y nos asignó la habitaciónn antes del horario del check-in, por eso no pudimos reclamar que la habitación era muy chica,. La habhitación, El hotel no tiene el lujo de los otros Best Western que visitamos en otros países y por lo cual elegimos este, Calle muy ruidosa

The location is fabulous! The room is clean, spacious, comfortable. I’ll go back! The breakfast could be improved, especially the scrambled or hard eggs or on the plate.
