Breakfast was good enough, but the location feels like a "nowhere" in the forest; the accommodation is quite old with little updating, the renovation (color maintenance of the rooms) is overdue, the bathroom has many cracks in the plaster, large rust stains on the towel heater, and there are no smoke alarms, which I understand are now mandatory for rented properties.

The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was served personally. The inn feels family‑run – you can feel the warm, friendly people. The village of Wurzbach hardly offers any dining options – when we were there the only place that served drinks was the tavern, the kitchen was closed. The only alternative was a döner stall on the weekend.

It was very quiet, right in nature, a little inn in a side valley of Wurzbach. The hosts were very warm and friendly, and we felt comfortable all around. Our room was huge, with a big bathroom, a very comfortable bed, a large TV, a wardrobe, a small table with two chairs. The room and bath were very clean. Breakfast included everything you need to start the day, and everything was brought to the table. Every day there were rolls, bread, a plate of assorted cold cuts, a plate of assorted cheeses, yogurt, a small plate of fruit. Sometimes there were boiled eggs, sometimes scrambled eggs with ham. The cold cuts, fruit and cheeses changed daily, so there was no monotony. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.
