The staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to my stay. The hotel itself is spotless, with a great attention to detail in the cleaning. However, the rooms are a bit small, which might be a problem for some people.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points, right in the heart of the city. However, things took a turn for the worse when I checked out and was hit with an unexpected bill that was way higher than what I was quoted when I booked. The facilities themselves were pretty basic and not exactly what I'd call top-notch, with some things not even working properly. It's a shame, because with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be a real gem.
