Considering the massive traffic jams in the city, the location is great and everything is within walking distance. The guesthouse is very clean and cozy. The hosts deserve special praise! Moving away from the cheesy “Hotel” name and formal vibe, it scores 5 out of 5. They create an atmosphere of homey comfort that’s simply superb! Their attentive care for guests in every little detail is remarkable. The breakfasts are fabulous! Thank you so much, I’ll come back again!
We were let in fairly quickly and the staff were very helpful. The place was extremely clean and the room was beautiful. Breakfast was plenty and good. The location is a bit off‑center, but that’s clear when you book. Getting around is fast and cheap with Yandexx. About 10 minutes from the hotel is a Globus, where we also received a SIM card.

The place is exquisite: peaceful, clean, with a generous and tasty breakfast, a fridge, and coffee and tea in the main kitchen (none in the room). It’s a little far from the center but pleasant to be in a residential area. The owners clearly take pride in their guesthouse. The only real downside was the lack of air; the interior window opened onto a balcony with just one window, making it hard to get cool evening air. I had to rely on the very quiet AC unit.

The owner is friendly and everything is neatly organized. It’s not central, but taxis are cheap and you’ll get there quickly.
