The beach location was fantastic. Outside the doors you had a variety of food and drink options. Nothing to dislike.

I was helped with tickets and a private car to Ba Na Hills at a very good price, and the breakfast was good. The location was great and overall I felt I got good value, but the bed was hard, the window was very small, the door lock felt a bit dodgy, the room clearly needed renovation, and the overhead shower didn’t work—only the handheld did.

The spot is well‑situated with plenty of shops, cafés, and bars, and the beach is just a two‑minute walk away. The rooftop pool is nice and the hotel itself is clean. However, the motorbike rental shop next door is rude and unprofessional; the hotel actually recommends that service, even though there are better options just around the corner, and a staff member never followed up on my enquiry as promised.
