The phone didn’t work, and on the last day I spent the whole morning without electricity in the lobby. The card command to lift the elevator didn’t function. I expected coffee to be included; the site claims it’s available, but when it closes there’s none, and I had to pay for it separately.

Great spot, a super comfortable bed, a strong shower, and I loved the hair dryer since I was heading to a work event. Service was fantastic from booking to arrival, and the breakfast was very varied.

The place is in a great spot and the facilities are solid. The only downside was that the AC broke and I didn’t get a discount or an alternative room in the same building.
