“Kulinarisch absolut fantastisch”

The resort was very beautiful and the facilities were excellent; the food stood out as absolutely fantastic and generous, and I want to thank our assistant Ömer for being extraordinarily helpful and a real sunshine—his support meant a lot to us. We value that the guys can have a blast with sports, so next time we might pick a different resort, but if sports are secondary, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The sports offerings for adults and teens were very limited.

“An outstanding paradise of luxury and comfort where flawless service makes you feel instantly at home”

Everything surpassed our expectations: the culinary experience was outstanding with top‑tier restaurants and high‑quality food, the resort offered absolute comfort, pristine pools, and immaculate facilities, and the staff were exceptional—using a dedicated hotel app, every request was handled instantly and with incredible care, making it a true masterpiece of hospitality. The only drawback was the entertainment program: while the atmosphere was perfectly peaceful, the daily activities and adult‑specific entertainment felt a bit limited compared to other luxury resorts, so adding more dynamic options for adults would make it flawless.

“Great value for money!”

The hotel was spotless, very spacious and exceptionally well organised; even with many activities and families with children, the property’s size and thoughtful design let you always find a quiet corner if you prefer peace and quiet. The food was very good and the sea lovely, but what truly set this place apart was the outstanding quality of its service and staff—everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and clearly well trained, which was a main reason I gave it 10/10. The main area for improvement, in my view, is the quality and selection of drinks: the red, white and sparkling wines in the all‑inclusive package were very limited, with only one type of Prosecco, and the included wines and Prosecco tasted rather inexpensive; a wider selection and better quality would be appreciated. I was also unhappy that some restaurants, including the steakhouse, charged an additional service fee of up to €50 per person despite the all‑inclusive rate. Another improvement would be consistency of cocktails: the same cocktail could be excellent at one bar but noticeably worse elsewhere or in a restaurant; having all bartenders follow the same recipes and standards would help. Finally, while the food was good overall, I would have liked a wider selection of seafood. I understand many of these points are personal preferences and not everything can be expected at this price, but despite these minor criticisms, the hotel still offers excellent value for money and did not detract from our overall wonderful experience.

Food, staff, and animal‑friendly policies were great, but there was a lot of noise, many children at both the beach and the restaurant, and no adults‑only area.
