The service was excellent, and we received an upgrade to be closer to the pools. The guided waterfall tour was great. The resort’s facilities are comprehensive, and the thermal water experience is worth visiting. The cost‑benefit isn’t at the highest level; over the 25 days we stayed in the region, even with all‑inclusive, the lunch and dinner weren’t worth the difference.

Breakfast is okay, better than other hotels at the same level. Lunch and dinner have few options, and the dessert is lacking. The food is tasty but the choices are limited. The shared bathrooms at the pool area are not clean; even in the morning they already have strong odors.
