“hébergement minimaliste”
The room was very clean and had recently been redecorated with a nice minimal style. The property is a 10‑minute drive from Parc du Puy du Fou and is easy to reach in summer without traffic. We stayed in the room called “square de l’amour,” which is really small with little space to move around the bed. The room is under a loft that was converted, and there is a low beam in the middle that is quite low (watch out if you’re tall and have to bend to reach the bathroom area). The only natural light comes from a small Vélux, which is electric but very tiny. There was a strong smell of rotting food in the bathroom throughout our stay. No air conditioning except a fan that just circulates hot air in summer. The listing mentioned a refrigerator and a microwave, but neither was in the room, and given the room’s size, I don’t see where they could have been placed. Breakfast was sparse, lacking fruit, yogurt, and savory items.
