The place sits right in the middle of town, just a stone’s throw from the bus stop, and there are plenty of transport options nearby.

The spot is near the bus, shops, and eateries, and it was quiet. The floor mats for sleeping were as thin as paper, making them unsuitable for older guests or anyone with back problems; I’ve stayed elsewhere in Asia where the mats were comfortable, but not here. I ended up renting a room across the street for the second night. The complimentary breakfast was very basic, offering only toast, instant coffee, cereal, and milk.

The room was simple, but the bed was very cozy. Wifi stayed steady, and the owner was incredibly friendly and kind. The coffee shop next door was delicious (run by the same owner). I wished there were a table or desk in the room.
