The apartment on the 5th floor was divided into 4 rooms with a bathroom and a shared dining area with 4 small tables. The room, bedding, and bathroom were recent and well set up. The building is in the city center, a 15‑minute walk from the historic core, and parking is easy. The building feels impersonal and the elevator is noisy all night due to poor sound insulation.

Free parking nearby was a huge plus; the location was good, towels and linens were spotless, and daily cleaning kept the place tidy. The elevator was a bit noisy in the morning.

Prometeo rooms sits nicely, with free parking around, clean and quiet. Alessandro is a great guy who helps you understand the city and answer any questions during your stay, and the breakfast vouchers are a bonus. I definitely recommend it. If you’re afraid of elevators, think about it – it’s on the fifth floor and the lift is safe but creaks and sounds like it’s about to collapse, just so you know if you’re elevator-phobic like me.

The room was clean, modern, and offered good value for money. There is a breakfast room, but it somehow lacks a sink to rinse used items.
