Friendly staff. Road noise being a main road

Leaving was the only bright spot; the deluxe spa room felt like a health hazard, taps didn’t work, the spa plus leaked, the step to get in was wobbly, the hair‑dryer cracked, and dust was everywhere.

The beds were comfy, the staff clean and friendly, but the airport nearby made it a bit noisy at times.

The location was good. The place needed an update; the plunge shower was very dangerous, the carpet was worn and heavily marked, the bed had seen better days, the stairs needed a thorough clean, and it was past its prime many years ago.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We got into our room the mirror hadn't been cleaned and the bin wasn't empty
