“I waisted an entire day because your agent did not show up”
I arrived at PKN on 22 May. I had already informed the tour agent several times and requested a transfer to the boat, but received no response. After waiting at the airport and calling multiple times with no answer, I decided to find a hotel for the night. The hotel reception called the tour operator, but again no response. I booked another tour through the hotel agency. Since the tour I paid for did not provide any service, I want a full refund and also recommend that you investigate the service provider and request an explanation. No service at all.
