The location was great for us visiting family, but the bathroom needed hooks for clothes and large towels.

The place was clean and well‑located, but there are stairs that need to be climbed.

The shower was a bit small and it took ages to get hot water.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good for our walking holiday. Staff were so helpful and the facilities were great, especially the kitchen. Nothing. Everything was great

The staff at breakfast were lovely and the service was excellent. The downside was being woken by guests leaving the building at 4 am, with the fire doors banging loudly; we managed to close them quietly. The TV on ITV kept freezing, which was frustrating.
