I’m close to the city center and the beach, and if you’re lucky you can park on the street. The apartment offers paid parking in the garage. Late at night the street is noisy with cars, bikes, and shouting people, and because the apartment faces the street the windows don’t seal well. The bathroom door squeaks whenever I try to shut it. Getting hot water was a hassle; I had to run the sink for 5–10 minutes and then wait another 10 minutes or more for the shower.

The place has a nice look and decent basics. However, the walls are covered in mold and dampness because there are no windows, which is a serious issue that needs fixing—people shouldn’t stay in rooms with such poor air quality.

It’s centrally located, just a 10‑minute walk from the city’s main attractions. The air conditioning works well and there’s a fridge. The neighborhood looks a bit run‑down. With a few simple additions—like power outlets and hooks for hanging clothes—the living area (especially when hosting four people) could be more comfortable.
