Location, peace, new facilities, common areas, room view. Breakfast quality, staff friendliness (especially at breakfast and dinner). Despite the friendliness and professionalism, having staff who speak only English is not ideal, as seen at check‑in. Cleaning times are again not a problem for the staff, but after a full day outside, when we returned from the beach and were ready for dinner, we were offered cleaning of the same room. Although breakfast is good, restocking could be faster. The hotel has great potential but hasn’t yet matched its price level.

“Sehr schön am Meer gelegen”

We wanted a beach hotel and Amarello is perfectly located by the beach and right next to the nature reserve. Long walks along the sea and in the reserve are possible here. We had a room that was large enough, clean, and the bed comfortable. The staff are very warm and friendly. We would return. We were there in October and the pool was cold, not heated. That was a pity, because the view from the pool over the area is very nice.

The bed was very comfortable—neither too soft nor too hard. The bathroom layout was split into a sink in the room, a separate shower, and a separate toilet, which made the space feel a bit cramped overall.
