The location is beautiful, the room is clean and spacious; the host must be called an hour before arrival but coverage is spotty everywhere, the bathroom isn’t adjacent to the bedroom, and the breakfast is Italian.

The spot on the hill below the Rocca is splendid, with a spectacular view, a lovely and comfortable courtyard, quietness and fresher air than the city; it’s a pity I was there for work and didn’t have time for nice walks around because it deserves them.

The location, quietness, air‑conditioning and internet are positives, but the bed is hard.

I was welcomed with great kindness and readiness by the host, who made me feel comfortable right away. The property matched the description exactly: clean, tidy, and well maintained. I really liked the quietness of the place, the private parking, and the convenient location for getting to the wedding venue I had to attend. Breakfast was well stocked, though mostly made up of packaged items. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience with excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Set in the greenery, far from the city’s chaos. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, including local Tuscan products.
