“Ein toller Aufenthalt!”
The rooms are huge and cozy, the resort is amazing with several pools, a Butterfly‑Garden, etc., the staff is very friendly, and the food is tasty. The manicured garden is a dream and the pools get cleaned regularly. On one day we were the only guests and the hotel turned off the water slide and waterfalls at the pool; because our kids loved sliding, we asked and the slide and waterfall were immediately back in service, so that was great 😊. Breakfast was okay but a bit sparse. We were there in the off‑season, so there was no buffet, just a menu (two pancakes or American or Typical), plus a small juice and a cup of coffee. It was tasty, but for us it felt a bit too little.
