We liked everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it had air conditioning which we needed during our stay. The host, Raffaele, was very helpful and generous; he even brought us a bag of figs before we left. The Wi‑Fi worked well. There is a security system for the gates and front door, so we felt very safe. The area is rural, so it didn’t feel like a high‑crime zone. We would like to return when we can stay longer. If we stayed longer, we would like to use a microwave, but we didn’t see one in the apartment. It’s good to remember that the kitchen and living room are communal. We were the only guests there, so we had exclusive use of the common area. It can be different when other people are staying there; this is just to keep in mind.

First of all, the owners are really nice—more than just the usual polite service, they’re genuinely pleasant people. They helped me with my luggage, and on my first night they had set up a place for me to eat because I asked for restaurant recommendations and said I was too tired for anything else. The facilities are great; for that price range the hotel is extremely well thought out and brand new. Everything you might need is available. Heated floors, automatic doors, and an easy‑to‑use gate. Kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, etc. The whole place is spotless and smells good, with perfume diffusers everywhere. Everything is very practical. These people put heart and effort into creating this space and deserve business. Book it.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and the structure is modern. The location is a bit inconvenient, but still good enough for the purpose of the trip.
