Sunny Patel handled our last‑minute online request smoothly, greeted us with a bright smile upon arrival, and took care of everything. We just wish we could have stayed another day; the drive from Portland, OR, to Indianapolis, IN, was long.

The staff were friendly and the property stayed quiet, but I arrived earlier than expected and had to pay a $25 early‑arrival fee.

Breakfast was good and the location was excellent—Target and Menards were within walking distance. The TV didn’t work, so I had to ask the front desk to fix it; the freezer section of the refrigerator was frozen up, and the toilet had dark stains.

The stay was okay; Eau Claire is a small town where you can’t be far from anything, but the busy weekend price didn’t match the hotel’s quality. Breakfast was included. Towels were cheap, the room was noisy, and the room’s setup seemed careless.

The location was fine. I asked for a crib, but never received any confirmation. When I tried to call, the staff barely spoke English, kept asking if I wanted a roll‑away bed, then said a crib would be in the room, but it wasn’t mentioned on my account. Luckily I brought another option for my child. The A/C barely worked, the bed was terrible—hard and uncomfortable, probably better to sleep on the floor. Breakfast wasn’t great but could have been worse. I would not recommend this place.
