The place was disappointing; there was no sign at the entrance, and the listing on the booking site was misleading because it isn’t a bed‑and‑breakfast. The room was very basic, with a private bathroom inside the owner’s apartment, and there was no breakfast offered. It looked clean at first glance, but it carried a strong smoking odor. The price felt too high for what was provided, and the owner didn’t give a receipt for the city tax he charged.

Everything ran smoothly, thanks to Paolo who was a fantastic host. The next day after I arrived it was raining, and he helped me find a jacket and even let me use an umbrella. I enjoyed my stay, and the property is within walking distance of several restaurants in the area. I can’t think of any negatives.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and spotless. I had my own private area, and Paolo was an excellent host—friendly and very helpful. There is a lift, and public transport is nearby. Paolo offered many valuable tips and advice, so I highly recommend the place.
