I noted in the in‑room survey that the place was clean and the breakfast was selectable, with a friendly card message delivered along with the service. I was pleased. The front desk had shampoo and conditioner in a basket, and when I entered the room I found the same items in the bathroom; if the staff had mentioned that they were available in the room, I wouldn’t have had to borrow them.

I’m back. The room and the bathroom have been renovated and look tidy. The welcome service and the breakfast included in the price are too good for money. I definitely want to stay again.
