The location was fine, but the photos were way off; the place was only half clean, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and ants were everywhere—including in the bed, which kept us from sleeping. It was very expensive compared to what the town offered.

The people were friendly and the view of the river was nice. However, the room had many ants and gecko droppings, so it needed a bit of cleaning—check it before you stay. The owners don’t speak English, making communication hard. The air‑conditioning units made the balcony feel hot. We only stayed for one night.

The welcome and friendliness of the staff plus the great location facing a waterfall were highlights. The toilets and shower were not up to standard.

Honestly, I didn’t like it at all. The location wasn’t bad but it was a bit far from everything. It was definitely one of the worst on the route and the most expensive. It was extremely dirty, with animal droppings everywhere—bathroom, bed, walls. The room might have been cleaned after the previous guests, but it felt like it hadn’t been used for weeks. There was no hot water or air conditioning, and breakfast and dinner were not included.
