“Very pleasant”

Cosy room with lovely sea view. No toilet on ground floor and no reception staff when I arrived to enable access to room. Had to go to local pub to use toilet

Only outside. I asked a room to look to outside because I spent a lot of money in one room really small, with a bad view, with a mop outside of the window on the top of the roof. To go to the toilet I needed to do some gymnastics. It was clean but her attitude was bad. She didn't talk, very serious and she didn't like when I asked for another room. She was rude. I couldn't watch tv because wasn't working, she was at home and neither two minutes she wanted to go to have a look on my room. It was bad since day one. I wasn't happy at all and the time she asked me what I wanted for breakfast it was rude as I did something bad. only almost the last day she smiled a bit to me and asked if I was OK. She had another rooms but she didn't want to give me another one and I paied a lot for that small room, more than I pay one month in London. If I could I would close that space. This is not ever a way to receive people because I paied to feel peace. I have been through for a lot but I work hard and I do my best and what I didn't need was this. If I knew about this place and if I had more money I would have changed the next day

“Lovely breakfast and perfectly placed in the port”

Bella was fantastic, helpful and friendly. In one of our rooms the TV was not working at all

The entire room was lovely bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful. It would be good to have a bigger TV but it was not an issue
