The location is close to the city center and the condominium’s leisure area is great, with a nice pool and a wonderful staff member named Cristiano who answered questions and gave useful tips. The chalet itself has a solid structure and a pleasant space, but we felt it lacked better upkeep, cleaning, and attention to details. The housekeeping was mediocre, and some items needed care: the trash cans are old and broken, the wooden furniture is unmaintained, and there were curtains with mildew. These small issues detracted from the experience, even though the facility has good potential. We also missed clearer guidance for guests; some information was buried in a long paragraph instead of being highlighted. For example, we had trouble finding the kitchen light switch, which is on the side of the fridge and gets hidden. Another issue was the lodge’s door, whose electronic lock worked irregularly, likely because the door leaf levels were uneven. Overall, the place has a good structure and could offer a better experience with more maintenance, cleaning, and clearer, practical instructions for guests.
