I thought the property was average, but the breakfast was just ordinary.

The breakfast was basically nonexistent.

The location was great, but the price‑to‑quality ratio and the breakfast left something to be desired.

The cleaning was excellent and the staff were very friendly; the shower was roomy and the bathroom spotless, and the breakfast offered both sweet and savory options that were good.
