The staff were very accommodating, yet the building desperately needs upgrades, renovations, and regular upkeep because it’s old and worn out.

The housekeeping team was friendly and helpful, but the hot tub that was advertised was out of order for several days, and we only received an email about it after we checked in, with a sign at the front desk. We chose this place because of the hot tub, and they wouldn’t upgrade us for free. We’re now asking for compensation.

The spot is convenient and the on‑site restaurant is decent, but every staff member I interacted with was rude. I tried to be kind, yet I only got attitude in return.

The staff were great! We didn’t use the pool, but it was busy, so it must have been popular. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was more than adequate—excellent value for the money. The location isn’t the best, and some unsavory characters were seen in the parking lot at times.
