I had Hilton Honors move us to another hotel. We DID NOT stay here. There is a case file open. Just as we arrived, the Duty Manager and receptionist left the premises leaving several of us checking in standing in line. We waited for 2 1/2 hours! I expect to be reimbursed for their foul-up

The hotel’s location was good and the staff were friendly, but the sheets were stained and the room looked dirty. The location is great, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness.

The spot was fine and the price was reasonable, but the place had a moldy, old smell, looked dirty and aged, the elevator light was broken making it feel unsafe, and we had to climb stairs a lot.
