The front desk team greeted me warmly, but the chair in my room had a broken leg and collapsed as soon as I sat down. I went to breakfast at 9.35 and found no pastries left, with only a small selection of hot dishes. My wife, who is vegan, requested vegan sausages, but when they arrived they were not cooked properly. Hot drinks were delivered to the table without milk or an offer to add it, and the tea and coffee in the room came in just two cups, so I had to empty them to make a drink. I reported the chair and breakfast problems at checkout and was told I would receive a call within the next two days, but I am still waiting.
