The room offered a great view, the pool was nice, and the staff were excellent. The building shows its age, the elevator signage was missing letters, and the ceiling over the pool had paint blisters from water.

The staff were enjoyable and the amenities were great. Nothing else to add.

The base molding was gross and none of the ice machines were working

The staff were nice and the restaurant/bar was good. My room didn’t get serviced.

The property is beautiful and the room smelled clean and fresh upon entry. The restaurant, The Spotted Donkey, may be some of the worst food we’ve had, and there were rust‑stained scratches in the tub that look awful. The third floor was very loud, with the door banging every night.
