The breakfast buffet was carefully prepared and healthy, but the room still smelled of smoke; when I asked the front desk for a change they only sprayed deodoriser and I kept the air purifier running the whole time. The front desk dealt with me in Chinese only by using a translation app.

The location is close to the Metro, the staff are friendly, and the bed is clean and comfortable.

The laundry room here is top quality, really convenient. That's about all I can say, as the rest of my stay was uneventful, no major complaints or praises.

We had a disastrous stay here, cutting our 4-night business trip short after just one and a half nights. The place was infested with cockroaches, and when we complained, the hosts suggested they could spray poison - not exactly ideal for a productive work trip. The issues didn't stop there: one bathroom had no hot water, towels and sheets were dirty, there was no toilet paper, and long hair was everywhere.
