The hotel is very well situated: a 10‑minute walk from the train station and a 10‑minute walk from Piazza Santa Maria Novella. It’s very quiet and the breakfast is good.

“Es un bed and breakfast.”

The room was comfortable, modern (it’s an old building that was renovated) and clean, and it was always cleaned with care. The location is excellent, right around Santa Maria Novella station and close to all the sights. The downside is that it’s on the second floor with a very slow and small elevator, and the entrance feels a bit gloomy. The breakfast is fine, just okay.

The location is in a very good spot, the hotel staff are always smiling, the room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfasts were very good (Italian basic, but you could order scrambled eggs). The hotel is close to "wine window" :) The only issue was hearing water running in the pipes while guests were bathing in the adjacent room, which was quite irritating, but that's typical of that type of building.

“Prime Location, Spacious Rooms, and Fantastic Food!”

The location is fantastic—just a walk from the train station and the main attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Downstairs there’s a popular restaurant whose signature flamed truffle cheese pasta is amazing, and as hotel guests we even got a 10 % discount. Nothing else to add.
