I enjoyed chatting with the staff and getting help when I asked for it, but sharing the room with both men and women was awkward; it would be better to assign rooms by gender or sex.

The place looks really nice – the décor is on point and gives the room a cozy feel. The only thing that bugs me is the lighting; I wish there were more switches or dimmers to control it better.
