The spot was great, and the room was huge enough for my husband’s wheelchair, though it cost a bit more. The only downside was that the TV couldn’t swivel to let me watch from bed; I had to sit on the couch instead.

都庁展望台に行く為の通路が繋がっていて裏が文化服飾博物館、オペラシティにも徒歩20分と立地は最高。都庁展望台は昼夜朝通いプロジェクションマッピングも堪能。朝食は本館のビュッフェを選び、都庁の見える窓側カウンターを案内してもらいました。どれも美味しくて品数豊富で大満足。チェックアウトの際、少し荷物を自宅に送ろうとしたら宅配用BOXが大き過ぎ諦めたところ、小さめの段ボール箱を無料で下さりとても助かりました！スタッフの皆様親切です。. 絨毯が柄なのか？古く汚れて見えました。本館ラウンジの場所が分かり辛く飲み物の種類は普通、ハーゲンダッツがあったのは嬉しい！でもお菓子やおつまみの種類が少なすぎてなんだかなぁ。しかも1日限り。お値段に釣り合わない気がしてガッカリ😖⤵ 部屋の眺望はシティビューを選んだつもりでしたが15階ならそこそこ夜景が楽しめると思いきや、カーテン開けるとビルの壁しか見えずテンション⤵︎ ⤵︎ ⤵︎ 部屋の場所により眺望の当たり外れはあると思うけど、宣伝用の写真を貼らずちゃんとその部屋からの眺望を見せてくれれば良いのにとガッカリ。期待し過ぎました。高層ビルだらけの新宿では仕方ないのかも。

The location was good, but the room was small—though it was standard size.

Breakfast at the Annex was decent, but the main building’s was too crowded. The 13th‑floor annex had a terrible damp smell, the rooms were tiny for the price, and the carpet looked old and dirty.
