The location and morning espresso on the balcony with a view of the Arno and the lively city are great. I wasn’t entirely satisfied, though; I missed a deep plate and a spoon (there’s no kitchenette). After arriving after 8 pm and getting to the room around 9 pm, an instant soup would have been a lifesaver because the streets had closed shops and most restaurants were shut.

It has a perfect location, and the views from the room make the night worthwhile. Beautiful. It’s very large and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious.

Clean ++, good air‑con, good bed, right on the river, clean bathrooms with minimal toiletries, and internet. Some noise from the road below, but that’s expected.

I only stayed one night, but everything felt super comfy. I checked in late and the staff walked me through everything, which was really helpful. The room was roomy, spotless, and the bathrooms were clean too. Air conditioning was a lifesaver in the September heat. The bed was great after a long travel day. The only gripe is they lack a proper luggage storage; the “space with yellow stripes” is a minor annoyance.

It’s very good for the price – you get what you pay for and a bit more, actually. The building and facilities are a bit old, but nothing negative to mention.
