The breakfast was great, located on floor 1 with a wide range of products and extra services for guests, like bottled lemon water, natural options, and 24/7 disposable cups for infusions. Everything was in order.

The elevators were fast, the breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable. The room had poor lighting, and accessing the safe required lying on the floor; a minibar would have been handy.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was very varied. It’s just steps from Puerto Madero’s tourist zone and the pedestrian shopping area. However, the room felt cramped, old‑fashioned and noisy because it faced a very busy avenue. There was not even a complimentary water bottle. The location was totally unsuitable for me since it’s far from all the museums and I’m not into shopping; the shops on the pedestrian street are mostly aimed at tourists. I tried a new hotel and I won’t stay here again.

The place is well situated and offers great value for money. Being close to the Buquebus terminal is essential for short trips from Uruguay.
