My room had almost everything I needed and was spotlessly clean and tidy, which was a big plus for me.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
The hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere made up for it.

The breakfast was fine. The location was near a main street but quiet, and close to a metro station, which was very good. Everything was at a good level, with communication and courtesy. It could be a bit better, but the enemy of good is always the best.
