“Fantastic”

There was a minor technical glitch and my reservation didn’t show up in the system, but they fixed it quickly and assigned me a room without any issues. While I waited, they offered tea, which was a very kind gesture. Breakfast was amazing, served on the terrace with a beautiful view where you could even spot monkeys up close in the trees—something truly special. They also gave me a lovely little gift. The staff were charming throughout. I would definitely recommend it.

Calm and clean, the young man spoke a little English. The bathroom was a bit rough, and there was no furniture except the bed in the room.

GB Royal Stay is located near Lake Nuwara Wewa, in a very quiet area surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy peace. The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, with spotless sheets. The atmosphere is cozy and feels like home. The hosts are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. If you’re looking for freedom, calm, and rest, I fully recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again.

“Waste place”

This place is not good. Bad smell in all the rooms. This place is not good to enjoy

The house and the room were fine, but the problem was the dampness, which is normal for the area. I think it’s passable for someone who isn’t asthmatic. It smelled closed in, though there was no mold. I had to sleep with the fan on full power all night to breathe.
