The rooms were spotless and had everything you need, looking newly renovated; the bathroom was spacious with a great shower, fresh fluffy towels, and thick hotel‑quality duvets and pillows. Street noise could be quite loud, but we still had a good night’s sleep. The family room’s sofa bed was hard to sleep on, so a mattress topper would be a good idea.

The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean & modern. The noise, no where on this site does it say the rooms are over the bar and the bands play so loud till 3am! This is NOT a family place to stay unless its Monday to Thursday. I knew there was music but I was not expecting it to be so loud that the floor,& window would vibrate! As per their website its supposed to close at 12.30am, but it continued till 3pm, and I thought, grand that's it, then the staff turned on the music loud again till 4am while cleaning up. Not to mention others guests coming up from the bar shouting, no consideration for other guests. So if you into boozing & music till small hours then this is the place for you! Some of the staff were friendly & helpful, some were far from it. The room was originally booked for 3 adults but its way too small for that. We weren't given the key box code to leave the key back either, if fact when we checked in, we met the room manager who gave us the key, told us our room number and that was it, She could have said that there was music till late when she saw us with a young child. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Wont be back!
