The location is great! The photos don’t match reality – they show a nice new place, but in fact everything is shabby, old, and worn out. The non‑smoking room turned out to be stinky, and I even killed a fat cockroach!

The hotel sits in the city centre, is a wonderful place, the staff are polite, and the room rates are decent. However, the renovation is outdated, rooms smell of cigarette smoke, the fridge didn’t work and the staff couldn’t fix it – but that’s not a big deal.

The receptionist was polite and tried to help; I got a free upgrade but the AC in that room wasn’t working, so he moved me to a standard room with a terrible, noisy AC that at least works. The building’s exterior is nicely decorated. The hotel is outdated; I saw its location near the Sheraton and expected a nice property, but I was surprised by how dirty the bedding and worn blanket were. The internet is terrible, almost unusable. Breakfast is extremely basic with few options. The carpet is very old and worn in some spots. The room card stopped working, and again the receptionist fixed it. The location is far from everything and I think it’s suitable only for business travelers, not tourists – that was the worst experience in my opinion.
