Check‑in was easy. I was not at all happy that the address was not where I was supposed to stay—just be honest with people and give the correct address.

The place is awesome. The air conditioning broke, and I was told to move to a different room; they had to cancel my reservation and I’d lose that money. They even wanted me to pay an extra 200 to get a different room. Now I see they only returned 12 dollars of my 100 deposit. I’ve never had my deposit withheld. Because I respect the property.

I’d like a late check‑out. The room smelled like strong cleaner. An employee was parked in front of my room with a very loud vehicle. The inside lock was broken.

The room and bed were comfortable. There was no breakfast. I received several emails asking me to check in and out online ‘to save time,’ but I still had to do all the paperwork on arrival. The online info I entered (for example, expected arrival time) was only useful for the hotel and gave me no benefit for doing it ahead of time.
