The location was just fantastic - that's about all I can say, since I didn't get to explore much else.
The staff and location were definitely the highlights of our stay

The breakfast selection could be better, especially the cold cuts

The location was good, but we ended up with a room that had no shower and instead received a broken spa. The reception was a mess (I hope it’s not fraud). I paid in advance using a payment method, yet I was charged an extra 42 € at arrival with no clear explanation. Three weeks later the hotel started asking for more money, again without a quote or specification of what I was supposed to pay for.

Breakfast and dinner were good, with excellent service. The vegetarian options could have been better.
The location was quiet and peaceful… my brain was on autopilot. I had to communicate in a foreign language 🤦.
The setting and restaurant were pleasant, the jacuzzi was available, and it was just a short walk from entrance 3 of the national park, with games for children.
The constant humming of the IT equipment (outgoing in the network rack) in the hallway was annoying!
