“Not as good as advertised”
The location is good, and the café is nice. However, when I arrived, there were no towels in the room, and the bedside lamp was broken, leaving live wires exposed. Furthermore, a neighbor kept a loud alarm running for almost an hour nearly every morning at 4am. The room's layout was also impractical; I had to place the water kettle on the floor because the available sockets were in another corner. To make matters worse, the room was not 100% clean. I found a strand of hair on the bed and had to kill two 5 cm cockroaches during my stay. Therefore, I strongly feel that the hotel room did not provide good value for money. On top of everything, management has not responded to my complaint message at all. The room is nice and the air-condition is quiet
